Sylvia K. Lewis

Sylvia K. Lewis, 74, of Danville, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at her home.

Born September 15, 1950 in Danville, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Bertha (Baylor) English

Sylvia was a 1969 graduate of Danville High School.  She worked at Textron in Danville; and was a former member of the Moose Lodge 1133 and Elks Lodge 754 both of Danville.  Also, she Sylvia loved to go antiquing, painting, and doing crafts.

She is survived by her son: Jon R. English, of Danville; three grandchildren; one great-grandson; and one brother: Edward English Jr, of Danville.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, William English, and sister, Katherine Lahr.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
