Richard Harrison Obituary

Richard L. Harrison, 89, formerly of Turbotville, passed away on, Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

Born March 14, 1931, in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Melvin T. and Nellie R. (Robbins) Harrison. He and his wife, Alice Harrison celebrated 61 years of marriage until her passing on September 18, 2012.

Richard was a graduate of North-Mont High School, Turbotville. He worked and retired from Bethlehem Steel in Williamsport.

He is survived by his three sons: Randall (Norma Jean) Harrison, Ricky (Traci) Harrison, and Ronald (Hoai) Harrison; three grandchildren: Missi (Rex) Margarle, Brent (Jasmine) and Eric (Alicia) Harrison; eight grandchildren; and one brother: Robert W. (Wanda) Harrison.

Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter: Sandra Clayton; a grandson, Ricky Harrison; two brothers: Charles D. Harrison and Kenneth T. Harrison; and one sister: Dixie L. Seese.

Services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
