Patricia M. (Wright) Pope

Patricia M. Pope, 81, of Watsontown, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Oak Glen Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Lewisburg.

Born April 17, 1943 in Lewisburg, she was a daughter of the late Lee Ellsworth and Dorothy (Straub) Wright. On June 25, 1966 she married Galen S. Pope, and together they celebrated 41 years until his passing in 2008.

Patricia was a 1963 graduate of Milton High School. Early in life, she worked as a babysitter.

Patricia was an avid collector of many things. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, McEwensville.

A dedicated homemaker, Patricia valued family and faith above all else.

She is survived by three daughters, Gaylynn Hoover and her husband, Don, of Sunbury, Teresa Everitt and her husband Michael, of Muncy, and Debra Reaser, of Dewart; seven grandchildren, Coty Everitt, Ashley Heller, Brooke Landis, Erica Thomas, and Dylan, Nathaniel, and Taylor Reaser; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Arlene Campbell, of Selinsgrove, and Joan Bucher, of Coal Township.

In addition to her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by a grandson, Mathew Reaser, sister, Leatta Stepp, and a brother in infancy.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10 to 11AM on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Watsontown Alliance Church, 1165 Eighth Street Drive, Watsontown where a funeral service will begin at 11:00AM with David Auker, officiating.  Burial will follow in Orchard Hills Memorial Park, Shamokin Dam.
