Patricia M. "Pat" (Golder) Miller

Patricia M. “Pat” Miller, 79, of White Deer, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born October 21, 1944 in Turbotville, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Helen (Reeder) Golder.  On March 15, 1963 she married Leroy M. “Butch” Miller and together they celebrated 56 years of marriage, until his passing on August 14, 2019.

She was a 1963 graduate of Warrior Run High School.  She worked with her husband at the Local 38 Credit Union, which they founded.  Also, she owned and operated Millers Cleaning Service for over 40 years.

Pat was a very devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She loved her dog, and enjoyed traveling to the beach, especially Ocean City, NJ.

She is survived by her three children:  Shane Miller and his wife Susan of Mechanicsburg; Mindy Plasters and her husband Tony of Delmatia; and Heath Miller and his wife Laura of Hughesville; 8 grandchildren: Lindsay Herman, Brittany Aikey, Tyler and Dalton Miller, Amaya and Ariana Copeland, Jazmean Blevins and Heath Miller, Jr.; 12 great-grandchildren: Jaden, Hannah, Kayliann, Baily, Quincy, Sophie, Braxton, Harper, Raegan, Octavia, Maverick and Ford; and one sister: Bonnie Hoy.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Kevin Packer Jr., and eight siblings.

There will be a celebration of her life held from 5 to 7 PM on Friday, August 16, at Brooks Funeral Home & Cremation Svc PC, 207 Broadway Street, Turbotville.
