Neil Clem, 73, of Watsontown, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at his home.

Born July 16, 1946, he was the son of the late Juanita Clem. He was married to Candace R. Clem, until her passing.

Neil served honorably in the US Air Force.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
