Mary Emma Wallace, 86, of Watsontown, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Riverwoods, Lewisburg.
Born January 3, 1935 in Danville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Teressa (Showers) Wallace.
She was a housekeeper during her working years, having worked at the former Muncy Valley Hospital, Kramm Healthcare Center in Milton, and the Country Cupboard Hotel in Lewisburg.
She was a former member of Mt. Pleasant Grange and attended the Upper Northumberland County Senior Citizens in Dewart. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Dewart.
The last of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and John C. Wallace, a sister, Teressa Wallace, and a sister-in-law, Marjorie Wallace.
Friends are invited to a visitation from 10 to 11:00 AM Friday at Brooks Funeral Home and Cremation Svc, PC, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM with the Rev. John E. Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Mooresburg Cemetery.
