Leah R. Hostetler

Leah R. Hostetler, 82, of Watsontown, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025 at home.

Born July 12, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Mose and Merian (Yoder) Blyer. On February 23, 1965 she married Joseph Y. Hostetler and together they celebrated 49 years until his passing in 2014.

Leah is survived by two sons, Eli Hostetler of East Palestine, OH, and Hosea Hostetler of Darlington, PA; a daughter, Ada Hostetler of St. Ignatus, MT; 6 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Rudy H. Hostetler.

A visitation will be held Monday, April 8, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 at her home, 464 North Bridge Road, Watsontown, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 8 at 9AM. Burial will follow in Montour Amish Cemetery.
