Kevin D. Smith, 66, of Allenwood, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born on May 3, 1952 in Port Jefferson, New York, he was the son of the late Leonard and Kathleen (Davis) Smith.

Surviving are his companion, JoAnn C. Pantjo, and his son, Matthew Smith.

Per his wishes there will be no services.
