Judith A. (Gresh) Hock

Judith A. “Judy” Hock, 59, of Watsontown, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, December 21, 2023.

Born March 17, 1964 in Muncy, she was the daughter of Donald and Carol (McCormick) Gresh of Watsontown.

She was a 1982 graduate of Warrior Run High School and earned a Certificate of Management from Susquehanna University.  She worked as a secretary at the Warrior Run Middle School and at Bucknell University.

Judy enjoyed spending time baking and cooking Sunday evening dinners for her family. She enjoyed evening talks with her high school friend, Sherry Eichenlaub who lives in Alaska, traveling, and especially their semi-annual beach trips to the Carolinas, and attending concerts.

She was a member of the Washington Presbyterian Church, Allenwood where she assisted with Bible school, lead opening exercises of Sunday school for the youth, and conducted junior church in her younger years.

Judy found a great deal of joy with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving besides her parents are two daughters: Jessica Martin and her husband Steven, and Jamie Hock and her partner Jared McHenry; two grandchildren: Kinslee and Braxton Martin; a brother, Lance Gresh and a sister, Mary Jane Brantingham, all of Watsontown.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Presbyterian Cemetery, McEwensville.
