Joan Gordon Obituary

Joan M. Gordon, 89, of Lewisburg, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Evangelical Community Hospital.

Born July 19, 1934 in Meadville, she was the daughter of the late Austin and Helen (Gottschling) Peterson. On May 12, 1952 she married John Alvin Gordon, and together they celebrated 64 years of marriage until his passing in 2016.

Joan is survived by two sons, John A. Gordon, and Jay A. Gordon, both of Lewisburg; and four grandchildren.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
