Gary E. Ulrich

Gary E. Ulrich, 74 of Backroad, Allenwood, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025 at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

Born December 21, 1950 in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Roswell F. and Pauline (Hought) Ulrich.  On June 14, 1980 he married the former Jan M. Drick and together they celebrated 37 years of marriage until her passing in 2018.

Gary was a graduate of Warrior Run High School, and worked at New Columbia Joist Company.  He enjoyed hunting, riding around on his side by side, and going to local tractor pulls.  Also, he enjoyed watching Penn State Football.

He is survived by his son: Clint H. Ulrich; two brothers: Donald and Richard Ulrich; and one sister: Jane Ashenfelder.

Besides his wife and parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Roswell Ulrich Jr.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 AM on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home & Cremation Svc PC, 124 Main Street, Watsontown, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 am with Rev. Brian Spangler, officiating.  Burial will follow in Elimsport Cemetery.
