Florence E. (Raup) Wolfe

Florence E. Wolfe, 79, of Watsontown, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at home.

Born January 14, 1943, in Milton, she was the daughter of the late Samuel B. and Ruth M. (Cranmer) Raup. On December 15, 1963 she married Franklin A. Wolfe, and together they have celebrated 59 years of marriage.

Earlier in life, Florence worked for Chef Boyardee in Milton. She enjoyed cooking, and working on the family farm. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband Frank, she is survived by three daughters, Brenda L. and her husband Denny Wagner, Muncy; Julie A. and her husband Charlie Zook, Hughesville; and Kathy S. Wolfe, Watsontown; 5 grandchildren, Toby Wagner and his wife Michelle, Odessa Carichner, Curvin Wagner, Alicia Zook and her fiancé Bradley Adam, and Cortney Zook; a great-granddaughter, Kaylyn Carichner; two brothers, Glenn L. and his wife Pearl Raup, Elimsport; and Dale E. Raup, Watsontown; and one sister, Donna and her husband Bob Stump, West Milton.

In addition to her parents, Florence was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Deborah Wolfe; four brothers, Samuel B. Raup, Jr., William H. Raup, David F. Raup, and Frederick P. Raup; and a sister, Patricia Reish.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
