Eleanor B. (Robinson) Cannon

Eleanor B. Cannon, 92, formerly of Milton, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026 at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

Born July 11, 1933 in Danville, she was the daughter of the late Charles, Sr. and Mary (Masteller) Robinson.  On December 21, 1968 she married James A. Cannon, and together they celebrated 48 years of marriage until his passing on December 16, 2017.

Eleanor was a 1952 graduate of Danville High School and she worked at Milton Shoe Factory, later working as a nurses aide at Kramm's Nursing Home in Milton.  She was a member of Mooresburg Presbyterian Church.

Eleanor is survived by her niece and nephew.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Charles Jr., Guy, and William Robinson.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 AM on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Brooks Funeral  Home & Cremation Svc PC, 124 Main Street, Watsontown, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM with her pastor, Rev. John H. Shaw III, officiating.  Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.
