Earl B. W. Geiswite, Jr., 83, of Watsontown, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Riverwoods, Lewisburg.
Born August 31, 1941 in Milton, he was a son of the late Earl B., Sr. and Anna E. (Coup) Geiswite. On November 23, 1963 he married the former Mary E. Fogelman and they celebrated 47 years of marriage until her passing in 2011.
Earl attended Milton High School and then worked for Sharp Farms than to Milton Steel Mill before getting drafted into the U.S. Army. Came home from the Army , worked for Larue Kilgus and then was a currier for the Milton Community bank.
He attended Church of Christ in Christian Union, Lewisburg.
Earl loved to hunt, fish, and garden, but most of all, he cherished time spent with family.
Earl is survived by two brothers, Ronald E. Geiswite, Sr., of Milton; and Paul Geiswite, of Middleburg; a sister, Anna Thomas, of Mifflinburg; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service with full military honors will be held at noon on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery with Rev. Harry Harter, officiating.
