Donna G. (Lofton) Cerrone

Donna G. Cerrone, 64, of Allenwood, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born February 17, 1960 in Winchester, Virginia, she was a daughter of Janice (Davis) Lofton, of Allenwood, and the late Glenn F. Lofton. On January 26, 1996 she married Joseph Cerrone, Sr. and they recently celebrated 29 years of marriage.

Donna was a 1978 graduate of Warrior Run High School and a 1980 graduate of Williamsport Area Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Computers. She worked for the Union County Housing Authority for 41 years.

In addition to her mother and husband, Donna is survived by two sons, Val Cerrone and Walter Cerrone; two daughters, Rebekah Cerrone and Charissa Cerrone; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; a brother, Darrell Lofton; and two sisters, Debra Lee and Dennise Hendricks.

Besides her father, Donna was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Cerrone, Jr. and a nephew, Glenn Lofton.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 1 to 2PM on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home and Cremation Svc, PC, 124 Main Street, Watsontown where a memorial service begin at 2:00PM with Pastor Rebecca Cuddleback, officiating.
