Dawn E. Betz

Dawn E. Betz, 61, Turbotville, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Born September 28, 1962 in Muncy, she was the daughter of June (Rovenolt) Betz Kline of Turbotville, and the late William A. Betz, Sr. 

She was a 1982 graduate of Warrior Run High School and had been working at Ryder Logistics in Montandon.  Earlier she had worked at Con Agra, Milton.

She was a member of Buffalo Valley Antique Tractor Association and Trinity United Church of Christ, Turbotville.

She had a great talent for crocheting and craft work and loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Surviving besides her mother, June Kline of Turbotville, is a sister, Cheryl A. Campbell and her husband Don of New Columbia; two brothers:  William A. Betz of Watsontown and Shane R. Betz and his wife Dolores of Danville; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, William A. Betz, Sr., who died February 22, 1971.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 1 to 2:00 PM Wednesday at Brooks Funeral Home and Cremation Svc, PC, 207 Broadway Street, Turbotville where a memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Doug Schader, her pastor, officiating.  Burial will follow in Turbotville Cemetery.
