David W. Troup

David W. Troup, 26, of Muncy, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023.

Born in Lewisburg on October 13, 1997, he was the son of Terry W. Troup and Christle (Temple) Heverly. 

He was a 2016 graduate of Warrior Run High School where he had attended the Lycoming Career and Technology Center in the computer program, and played football, baseball, and basketball.

He was a member of the Keystone Gun Club and enjoyed recreational shooting, video games, and electronics.  He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved his pet hamster, Cinnamon.

Surviving are his father, Terry W. Troup and his companion Michele Smith of Turbotville; his mother and step-father, Christle and Josh Heverly of Muncy; a brother, Sean Troup and his wife Tessa; a sister, Jessica Russell and her husband Caleb; two nephews: Chase Troup and Isaac Russell; his maternal grandparents, William and Nancy Ikeler; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

David was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Eleanor L. Troup and Lloyd E. Troup, Jr.
