Charles McMichael Obituary

Charles E. McMichael, 81, Turbotville, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at his home.

Born July 25, 1939 in Anthony Twp., Montour County, he was the son of the late Robert P. and Beatrice A. (Yocum) McMichael.

Charles attended North-Mont High School in Turbotville where he also wrestled. He was a 1957 graduate of Danville High School and attended Drexel Institute of Technology. He served three years with the Army and five years with the Air Force during the 1960’s.

He had worked at Grandview Health Homes for 25 years and more recently for Paul Appleman Plumbing and Heating in the Danville area.

Surviving are a brother and two sisters: Roger P. McMichael, Peggy Appleman, both of rural Danville, and Sandra Sulouff and her husband Roy of Northumberland.

Preceding him in death besides his parents are his sister-in-law, Vonneta McMichael and brother-in-law, David Appleman.

A private graveside service will be held at Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
