Cassandra Singer

Cassandra Singer, 19 of Exchange went home to be with the Lord June 11, 2012 with her maternal grandfather, Donald G. Evans, Sr., following an auto accident in Johnstown. Born Dec. 8, 1992 in Bloomsburg she was the daughter of Scott and Tammy (Evans) Singer.

Cassandra attended Community Mennonite Fellowship Church, was a graduate of Warrior Run High School, class of 2011 where she was a member of the color guard in the band. She was attending Commonwealth Technical Institute, Johnstown, studying dental assisting. At college she received an academic achievement. She enjoyed having fun with her family and friends.

She is survived by loving parents, Scott and Tammy Singer of Exchange; maternal grandmother, Mary Evans, paternal grandparents, Paul and Marjorie Singer, all of Johnstown; brothers, Kyle Singer of Jersey Shore and Ryan Singer at home; sister, Aimee Singer, at home; uncles, Donald Evans, Jr., Todd (Shelley) Singer, Jon (Tammy) Singer; aunts, Kellee (Jack) Shirk, Tina (Bruce) Pritt and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends may call from 2-8 PM Friday at Geisel Funeral Home, 734 Bedford St., Johnstown where a funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday. Family and friends may call again 4-8 PM Sunday and 10-11 AM Monday at the Brooks Funeral Home, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM with Rev. David Martino officiating. Burial will follow in the Exchange Cemetery.
