Billie M. (Horton) Morgan

Billie M. Morgan, age 98, of Watsontown, PA, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 in a Danville, PA hospital. 

She was born in Raven, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Robert L. Horton and Amanda E. Addison Horton. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Turner Murray, Sr.; her second husband, Claude Lee Morgan; children, Alfred Horton, Bobby Murray, and Patsy Greer; brothers, Robert Horton, Claude Horton, Tommy Horton, and Avery Horton; sisters, Mary Lester, Dorothy Horton, and Pauline Horton; grandson, Taylor West; and great grandsons, Greyson Mitcheum and Tyler Murray.

Jimmy Murray of Raven, Virginia 
William Turner Murray, Jr. and wife, Patricia of Pounding Mill, Virginia

Danny Murray and wife, Tamara of Pounding Mill, Virginia 

Sister: Ella Jane Honaker of Honaker, Virginia 

Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren also survive. 

Funeral services for Billie Morgan will be conducted Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 2pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Grady McGlothlin officiating. Interment will follow at Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery in Richlands, Virginia. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call from 1pm until 2pm Thursday prior to the funeral.
