Anthony N. Hurst

Anthony N. Hurst, 14, of Turbot Twp., Milton, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at his home.

Born February 25, 2006 in Lewisburg, he was the son of Nelson E. Hurst and the late Brenda M. (Burkholder) Hurst.

Anthony enjoyed working with wood and making furniture.  He was very skilled and was always a willing hand to anyone.  He enjoyed hunting and trapping, and restored garden tractors.

He was a member of East District Mennonite Church, Watsontown.

In addition to his father, Nelson, he is survived by his brother Nathan E. Hurst and his fiancé Morgan E., of Milton; three sisters:  Christa Joy Hurst, Sonya Renee Hurst, both of Williamsport, and Bethanie Michelle Glick and her husband Anthony M., of Massillon, OH; maternal grandmother:  Esther Souder, of Danville; and paternal grandmother: Mary K. Hurst, of Lewisburg.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Hurst, maternal grandfather Ivan S. Burkholder, and paternal grandfather, David E. Hurst.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM, Saturday, June 13th and 1:30 to 2:30 PM, Sunday, June 14th, at East District Mennonite Church, 71 East District Rd, Watsontown where the funeral service will be held Sunday, June 14th at 2:30 PM with Pastor Tim Stoltzfus, officiating.  Burial will follow in East District Mennonite Church Cemetery, Watsontown.
