Melanie K. (Lindsey) Rump

Melanie K. Rump, 50, of Milton, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Manor Care South, Williamsport.

Born April 2, 1968, she was the daughter of the late Jacob F. and Annette M. (Tanner) Lindsey.  On July 25, 1987, she married Donald E. Rump, and together they celebrated 31 years of marriage.  

Melanie was a 1987 graduate of Montgomery High School and worked at Evangelical Community Hospital.

She was a faithful member of Buffalo Mennonite Church, Lewisburg. Melanie enjoyed spending time outdoors and most of all, with family.

In addition to her husband, Melanie is survived by a son, Christopher M. Rump, Milton; brother, Scott and Sheri Lindsey, Allenwood; and a sister, Tina Meyer, Turbotville.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, January 11th, at Buffalo Mennonite Church, 4445 Hoffa Mill Road, Lewisburg.  Burial will follow in Buffalo Valley Mennonite Church Cemetery.
